My day was full of family, good food and a horrendously big waterfight where hubby and I both ended up very wet. Luckily it was a hot and sunny day. I’ve just driven home and can now sit down with a drink and watch some TV. I feel like watching some more Deadwood tonight. I don’t think it will take much to convince hubby. I hope every one has a day as good as mine.

I’m so glad you had a great day. I’m sitting in silence on Christmas morning. Soon, the kids will be up, tearing open their gifts. Happy HOlidays!
It took me a minute to remember you are in warm weather. I was thinking how much I would NOT want a super soaker in the snow. :)
Adelle – it’s always fun watching the kids tear into their presents, even if they do make a big mess at the same time!
Alice – yes, it was a lovely day yesterday. The boxing day sales start in an hour and hubby and I are off on a mission to buy some pots. It should be an interesting experience because everyone else is going shopping too! :lol:

Had a pretty good christmas here, but while you were basking in the sun, we were setting a new record for December snowfall (40+ inches) – and by end of Saturday could break the record for snowiest month on record as well. *sigh* These record snowfalls the past couple years are really getting old! lol
