I hope you have a wonderful day with family and friends. Thank you to Calico Crazy who designed the beautiful Christmas ornament and sent it to me.
Christmas has almost finished here in New Zealand. I’m now the proud owner of a pink Asus netbook. Hubby gave it to me. I won’t have any excuse not to write now!
Merry Christmas!
For those of you who would like an e-book reader, the fourth and final Samhain Publishing scavenger hunt starts today. The big prize is a Sony e-reader while other readers will win e-books. Follow this link to the Samhellion blog to learn full details. The contest ends on 31 Dec 2009.
Hello…A Merry Christmas & a Safe & Healthful New Year to you…I suspect you are warmer there than I am here in Western NY (20 miles east of Buffalo). I have flannel pajamas, 2 bathrobes & a blanket on & a couple of furry “heaters” on they have a massage mode too (purring). We are having a bit of an ice storm later today so I’m not going anywhere…told my sister I didn’t want to risk driving during the time it is supposed to be icing up. Stay warm & happy, Michelle

So glad you got your netbook! I hope you’ll report back and tell us how you like it. I’d like to get one myself.

PS – Did you name your notebook?
Merry Christmas to you.
by Gabriele December 25th, 2009 at 11:17 amMichelle – definitely warmer. I can’t remember a Christmas day being so hot. We were all barefoot and the concrete burnt our feet. Walking on the grass wasn’t much better because it had prickles! Stay warm. Merry Christmas.
by Shelley Munro December 25th, 2009 at 11:41 amMaria – Merry Christmas. I actually had my netbook a couple of days before Christmas, and so far I love it. I find the keyboard very manageable – (I hear some brands are better than others) and the day before Christmas I went to a coffee shop, watched the people scurry around and typed over 2000 words. I’m also going to take it to Wellington with me in January so it will get a really good test drive.
by Shelley Munro December 25th, 2009 at 11:43 amRob – Merry Christmas! LOL – how did you know? I’ve called him Rufus. I don’t know why but all my computers are male.
