A Glimpse of Sydney

This is a photo of the Sydney Harbor Bridge and the Opera House, taken from the Botanical gardens. Hubby and I spent a day in Sydney at the end of our cruise in December last year. It’s an interesting city to walk around, and we had a beautiful sunny day for our sightseeing.

    Sydney has a very pretty harbor and I’d highly recommend taking a cruise holiday from here. There’s lots to do within walking distance.

    Savannah – it’s funny. Whenever we meet Americans/Canadians and talk about Australia, the one thing they always mention visiting is the Opera House. Oprah Winfree had just done her tour down under a few days before and interest in the Opera House was very high.
