He did look peaceful. I liked his color. His coat glistened under the sun and looked very pretty.
I love looking at cows when I go ag. shows — though I haven’t for ages (gone to the shows, I mean). It’s weird. Put me in a field with cows and I’d go “ick” and run for the fence. But at the show, when they’re all washed and brushed and beautiful…I quite like them (probably because they’re tied up and can’t trample me). My favourites are Angus and the Highland cattle. Dad still mentions jerseys, remembering yesteryear when he actually (thankfully before my time) owned one. Nice photo, Shelley.
